Beth Israel Medical Center and St. Luke’s–Roosevelt Hospital Center Continuum is committed to providing a competitive, comprehensive and innovative employee benefits program that meets the needs of its associates.
Flexible Benefits Program
Continuum’s flexible benefits program is offered to our eligible non–union associates. This program gives associates the flexibility to choose the benefits and coverage levels that are right for their personal lifestyles and family situations. Plans include:
Retirement Plans
A workplace savings plan is the key to meeting your most important goals, including being financially ready to retire. All associates may voluntarily contribute tax-deferred monies to the Continuum 403(b) Plan. In addition, non–union associates may be eligible for employer contributions.
Holidays, Vacations & Sick Time
In addition to eight paid holidays per year, non-union associates are eligible for paid vacation and personal days based on job classification and length of service. Non-union associates also accrue twelve sick days annually. Accrued sick time allows associates to receive regular pay for a period of time, should illness or injury prevent them from working.
Tuition Reimbursement
Reimbursement for tuition is available for eligible regular, full-time associates (with at least six months of continuous service) who are interested in furthering their education and enhancing their skills. Credited courses that are relevant to an employee’s current position or career development at Continuum are reimbursed if they meet the criteria under the tuition reimbursement program.
Work/Life Benefits
Continuum recognizes the challenges associates face in meeting life’s demands. We pride ourselves in offering benefits that bridge the gap between work and home. A number of programs are offered including:
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides a confidential service where eligible associates can address personal, family or work-related issues and regain perspective and productivity.
