Tuition: Full reimbursement for successfully completed courses in nursing, at the college of your choice, with proof of matriculation and 6 months' employment prior to semester (Education benefit covers nursing through Master's level at an accredited nursing program)
Weekends: Off every other weekend
Vacation: 22 paid days per year; 25 paid days after 5 years
Holidays: 8 paid holidays per year; 4 paid personal days
Sick: 12 paid sick days per year; accrue up to 60 days; 10 days max. reimbursed if not used
Orientation: Performance Based Development Systems; Competency Based Laboratory
Inservice: Organized education programs available to staff; Basic Life Support Certification is provided as needed
Continuing Education: $350.00 per year, paid time-off to attend professional, clinically-related conferences

Continuing Education: Employer reimburses up to 16 credits or $8,000.00, whichever is less, for Bachelor’s and Master’s degree program
