Shift Differential:	10% of salary – evenings or nights
Insurance Coverage:	Medical, Hospitalization, Dental, Optical, Prescription – all through Local 1199 benefit fund – benefit level based on earnings
Pension:	Through Local 1199
Life Insurance:	Through Local 1199
Vacation:	20 paid days per year (pro-rated if part-time); 25 vacation days after 25 years
Personal Days:	4 paid days per year
